Tourists are required to wear tubing equipment provided by the manager, such as helmets and life vests. Each benen tubing is only for one tourist, tourists are required to warm up first before tubing along the Lubuak Laweh River, tourists are directed and guided by the manager, at least 5 people in one short-distance tubing trip and 1 guide, at least 10 people in one long-distance tubing trip and 2 guides. After arriving at the finish point, tourists are picked up by the manager by offroad car back to the original point in Lubuak Laweh.
